The presentation

The presentation often consists of 3 main parts: introduction, body, and conclusion. Before the presentation, it is essential to prepare a lot of things. You should search for the information for the topic in advance, divide the tasks among team members and practice speaking. In the introduction, you should greet the audience and give the overall objective and structure of your speech, so it is easy for the audience to follow. During the presentation, focus on the main points and try to give examples or pictures to illustrate your ideas. Making eye contact or interacting with the audience is also advisable so they will be involved in the content. Do not read from the slide or look up the ceiling because it may show your confidence. After the presentation, you should allow the audience to ask questions and check their understanding by asking them questions. Remember to give references and thank the audience for listening.

Bearings are essential to any machine, as they reduce friction between two parts, allowing moving parts to move more smoothly. Bearings are divided into two types, axial bearings and rolling contact bearings. There are four types of rolling contact bearings including ball bearings, straight roller bearings, tapered roller bearings and thrust roller bearings. Rolling contact bearings use rollers to support the load. They have an inner ring and an outer ring. Axial bearings have no rolling parts. The shaft rotates inside a lubricated bushing. High load capacity. I bought them in a large mechanical engineering company. Bearings are essential to my work

Rigid couplings and flexible couplings. Yesterday I bought them from a large mechanical company. A beam coupling is a flexible coupling that is made by cutting a spiral shape from a piece of material. Flexible couplings are often used to transmit torque from one shaft to another when the two shafts are slightly misaligned. Rigid couplings do not have the ability to compensate for shaft misalignment. They are used when the shafts are positioned perpendicularly and horizontally. Couplings are very important in my work

There are five gears including Spur gear, helical gear, worm gear, rack and pinion gear, and bevel gear. Spur gears are the simplest types of gears with teeth projecting towards or away from the center. Spur gears are used in low-speed applications and in situations where noise control is not a problem. They tend to be noisy at high speed. Helical gears are similar to spur gears except that their teeth are cut in a spiral shape. Helical gears are used in high-speed applications, large power transmissions, or where noise control is essential. Some helical gears have just

A belt drive is made of rubber, plastic…… A belt drive is one type of mechanical dive where motion and power are transferred from one shaft to another by means of friction between the belt and pulleys mounted on each shaft. The belt drive can slip and strech, affected by weather condition. The second, chain drive is most often made of metal, while belt drive is often rubber, plastic. Chain drive is flexible and made of a number of link. The links on a chain drive keep the drive running in perfect time. Chain dive is usually not affected by atmospheric conditions and temperature, however, the chain wears out faster than the belt if not properly lubricated. As a result, the belt drive requires minimum . Applications often belt drive are flour mills, coolant pumps, lubricant pumps, AC, CAM shafts… Chain drive can be used for short to medium center distances. Chain drive is used in bicycles, motorcycles, agricultural machinery and textile machinery and material handling equipment. are essential in my work and it is an important tool in the mechanical industry.

I would like to compare CAD and manual drafting. CAD is the creation and handing of pictures on a computer to assist engineers in design and drafting. Manual drafting is the practice of creating drawings by hand with pencil or ink on a media such as paper or polyester film using drafting equipment. While CAD is used for the quick layout of a preliminary design and necessary changes, manual drafting is used for single-detailed drafting. About advantages, CAD has high accuracy and reduced errors, storing and transferring data safely. Manual drafting is different from CAD because it shows the lines on the drawing are clearer and no data loss.CAD has disadvantages are requiring expensive equipment and limited file formats. Unlike CAD, manual drafting takes a long time to create a drawing. They’re some information about the difference between CAD and manual drafting. I hope they are useful for you.

First step, Hot liquid of excessive Aluminum is poured into a container and then cooled to make the correct shape. Next, the material is turned on a lathe to remove excessive parts.

Manufacturing processes

In this paragraph, I would like to describe the following plastic moulding process. As you can see in the figure, the name of the process is extrusion moulding. There are six steps in this process. Firstly, we move the polymer pellets from the hopper to the cylinder. Second, an electric motor turns the screw in the extrusion moulder. Third, the cord polymer pellets move along the cylinder. In the next step, heaters warm the polymer pellets and tum them into a liquid. Then, the warm, soft molten polymer moves along the cylinder. Finally, the machine pushes the molten polymer out into the mould. They’re some information about the plastic moulding process by extrusion moulding. I hope they are useful for you.

Detailed report

In this paragraph, I would like to write about typical problems of plastic injection moulding. Plastic injection moulding has three typical problems: short shot, void and sink wark. The first problem is the short shot, the cause is there is not enough plastic in the shot and the plastic pressure loss in the mould is too high, the solution is to check the shots continuously and use plastic with high melting capability. The second problem is void, which is caused by plastic shrinkage ( a hole suddenly develops in a thick section during cooling), the solution is to increase the injection pressure to force more materials into the mould and reduce shrinkage. And the final problem is sink wark, the cause is the internal stress is too high and the part has low surface rigidity, the solution is to increase holding pressure and holding time. They’re some information about typical problems of plastic injection moulding. I hope they are useful for you.

Today I will talk about how to maintain a milling machine. Milling machines are essential in the mechanical industry. Milling machines need three main types of maintenance: daily, weekly and monthly. First, perform daily cleaning to remove dust and debris, keep the work surface clean and prevent buildup, it helps the milling machine clean and free of dirt. Next, weekly, check and add lubricant to minimize friction, protect the motor and moving parts, and help the milling machine operate well and last a long time. Finally, conduct monthly inspections of the electrical system, belts and gears to ensure they are not worn or damaged. The broken milling machine will be repaired in the fastest and safest way for the operator. Performing these maintenance tasks on schedule will help prolong the life of the machine and maintain optimal performance for your milling operation.
