Today we reflected about communication and effective communication in our daily life, with real examples and how we manage to solve this kind of situations.
We also had an introduction to mosaic workshop and practice, learning how to use the tools and mosaic techniques. It was very interesting.

At the first day we reflected about the importance of communication , specially in school context and the role of the teacher mediator of conflicts. The trainer made an introduction about mosaic and showed the tools and techniques. We had a individual work to learn the technique. We had a great day. Elisabete Madureira

Today I met interesting and willing to share their ideas people. We had a fruitful conversation about communication and the importance of it. During the 2nd session we had a great time, learning by doing. We managed to handle the tools of mosaic making and met the master of lithuanian mosaics, Costas.

Such a great first day. First the meeting of the group. It was easy to break the ice through the activities Jurgita proposed, which proves that the use of proper methods and tools makes communication in educational process more effective. Then the introduction to the art of mosaic. The tools and the basic technique. It was so interesting and amusing, that I am sure all of us didn't realise how quickly the time passed. Looking forward to continue!

It is with great pleasure and curiosity that I participate in this training course. Today I learned that communication is the fundamental basis for expressing oneself, interacting and socializing. Communicating makes the world go round, it is through communication that people interact. There are many ways to communicate, through empathy, sign language, emotional connection, body posture and even through silence. Art is a way of communicating. Colors, shapes and images reflect a visual and perceptual language. Through art, we learn forms and strategies of communication. The Mosaic technique reflects our state of mind and our way of thinking. Every human being chooses the best way to communicate with the world.

Today I learned that communicating is not just a process of sharing information, but a process that involves giving, receiving, involving the other through dialogue, symbols, signs, behaviors and emotions.
To communicate it is necessary to have a goal to achieve.
Communication Mosaic can be an art of communicating with the world in an effective way.
I also learned some techniques of working the mosaic.

Today i learned about effective communication. First I could understand that communication isn't only to talk... it is a social process by which we exchange information with other person. From the latin word "Comunicatio", communication is an act of participation betwen two or more persons and it has always a goal or a need, which means that when I'm communicating I'm achieving something I wanted.

Then we had a introdution of the basic principles of mosaic communication and how effectively mosaic art is an process of communication. It was very interesting to realize the importance of an efective communication in our daily life and how the art of mosaic could be na efective act of communication to the world.

Today has been a wonderfull day as I was lucky to be a member of a great new team. Jurgita welcomed us warmly and helped us to know what is a mosaic communication. Im looking forward working with my new team the meaning of communication and good practices.
I also met Kostas, her wife and Egle who bring us the art of mosaic! What an adventure!!!!

Our first day in Kaunas, the European Capital of Culture 2022!! I met the wonderful Jurgita who help me to feel comfortable and be a member of an interesting team. Greece and Madera!!!! We discuss about the communication especially in the context of school. As art is a way of communication at the second part we met Kostas, his team and the project Round Table Discussion which aims to develope our communication competence through the art of mosaic. Well... I am so excited!!!!
