-By metro which runs from 6am until 23:30pm every approx. 30' and the full ticket for a single ride is EUR 9. 

-By bus X95 which runs 24h/day every 15' and the full ticket is EUR 6.

Both of them drop you off at Syntagma.

In order for you to get to Elite Hotel -whose nearest metro/train station is Omonia (from Syntagma)
On Sunday, you can either:

-Take the Μetro Line 2 (provided you get to Syntagma until 00:20am cause after that, the metro shuts down except for Friday and Saturday night when it's open until around 2am) with direction to Anthoupoli and get off after two stops at Omonia. Then it's a 3 minute walk to the hotel.

-If you miss the latest metro and get to Syntagma after 00:20am, you can alternatively take trolleybus 11 (stop → Omonia) or bus 790 (stop →  Ethniko Theatro) from Syntagma (above the ground) and then it's a small walk 3-4 min walk to the Elite Hotel from the nearest bus stations as one can see on the map when one clicks the links. These two lines operate all night long every approx. 15'.

Also there are always taxis in availability as well. You could be picked up from the Airport to Elite Hotel (the cost should be around EUR 40-42 until midnight and around EUR 55-60 after midnight) or from Syntagma to Elite Hotel then it should be around EUR 5.
