These sports are important because they show that even though these people have disabilities they can still do the same thing as everyone else. I think that it is amazing how hard these people work to get where they are.

We can improve participation by opening this program up to younger kids aged 2-7 to get them interested in sports at a younger age. The program helps them with eye hand coordination and motor tracking. It also helps them concentrate on the physical activity and sports rules.

Rules for disabled sports

Disabled rules are harder to adapt to and many different things are changed. For example some materials are required to change for people with disabilities. Some athletes need help and have a guide joined by a rope to guide them through their sport. However things like hurdles, obstacles, pole vault, and hammer throw tests are removed from the sport. Otherwise, sports for disabled people also include basic rules from normal sports. For example, they usually require a certain gpa and a certain skill level. By any means, a coach can still decline you from joining their team.

Disabled sports are very different from normal sports and have extremely different rules. For example, track is very different because they are allowed to cross lines, they can also have another chance if they have a false start, and also have the choice to use a starting block or not. With that, before the competition they can receive assistance from an official to mark their start.
