1🟢Sergio Mattarella (Palermo, 23 July 1941) is an Italian politician, jurist, academic and lawyer, 12th president of the Italian Republic since 3 February 2015.

From 1983 to 2008 he was a deputy, first for the Christian Democrats (of which he was deputy secretary) and then for the Italian People's Party, La Margherita and the Democratic Party. He held the position of Minister for Relations with Parliament (1987-1989), Minister of Education (1989-1990), Vice-President of the Council (1998-1999), Minister of Defense (1999-2001) and finally as a constitutional judge (2011-2015).

On January 31, 2015 he was elected President of the Republic in the fourth ballot with 665 votes, just under two-thirds of the elective assembly. [1] He was sworn in the following February 3, becoming the first Sicilian and holding a charged tale. As Head of State he neglected the office of three presidents of the Council of Ministries: Paolo Gentiloni (2016-2018) [2], Giuseppe Conte (2018-2021) and Mario Draghi (from 2021). He appointed a life senator, Liliana Segre, on January 19, 2018, and two judges of the Constitutional Court: Francesco Viganò, on February 24, 2018, and Emanuela Navarretta, on September 9, 2020.

After graduating from the classical high school San Leone Magno in Rome, [7] religious institute of the Marist Brothers of the schools, in 1964 he graduated in law from the University La Sapienza in Rome with full marks and honors, discussing a thesis on "The function of political direction". [8]

In 1967 he enrolled in the register of lawyers in the Court of Palermo [8] and practiced law in an established Palermo law firm specializing in administrative law. [9] Mattarella also embarked on an academic career at the Institute of Public Law of the University of Palermo, as a collaborator of Pietro Virga, [10] becoming in 1965 assistant of constitutional law, [8] and then associate professor, teaching parliamentary law until 1983 , when he was placed on leave for the parliamentary mandate. 

In scientific production, he mainly dealt with parliamentary issues (specifically bicameralism, the legislative procedure and the inspection activity of the Parliament) and with the peculiarities of the Sicilian Regional Administration, including intervention in matters of economic development.

2)⚪️Active on television since 1992, when she began working for Canale 5 conducting the afternoon talk show Amici, she consolidated her notoriety in the following years by presenting and producing various formats that later became flagship television programs of the Mediaset flagship network, such as Men and Women, There is mail for you, Temptation Island, Tú sí que vales and Amici di Maria De Filippi, the latter of the same name in her debut program.

She owns with RTI the television production company Fascino PGT, which produces various broadcasts for Mediaset channels, including all those conducted by her and her husband and co-founder Maurizio Costanzo. In 2013 you founded the web TV Witty TV, the website and social platform that links to the programs produced by the company.

She was the daughter of a medicine representative and a teacher of Italian, Latin and Greek, she was born in Milan, but at the age of ten she moved to Mornico Losana, in the Oltrepò Pavese, where her parents owned a vineyard. After her high school diploma, obtained at the Ugo Foscolo State High School in Pavia, she graduated with honors in Law from the University of Pavia, specializing in Finance and attempting a career in the Judiciary. [1] After working as a thesis editor, she worked for two years with the Institute for Social Research (IRS) and later took charge of the legal department of a videotape company. In September 1989, during a conference against music piracy organized in Venice by the company she works for, she meets Maurizio Costanzo, who offers her the opportunity to collaborate with him and, in November of the same year, she becomes the assistant of Costanzo. From January 1990 she also became the companion of the well-known presenter, when he was still married to his third wife Marta Flavi, but from which she however she will separate in November 1990.


She made her debut on television on September 26, 1992, taking over from Lella Costa in the conduct of the talk show of Canale 5 Amici, broadcast in the early afternoon of Saturday [2], of which an early evening edition entitled Amici di sera was also born and became the author of the broadcast (alongside Alberto Silvestri) starting from the second season she conducted. The show, under her management, won the Telegatto in 1995 and 1996 in the category of Best Entertainment Show with Guests.

3)🔴Silvio Berlusconi (Milan, 29 September 1936) is an Italian politician and entrepreneur, also known as the Cavaliere, nickname assigned to him by the sports journalist Gianni Brera, [4] due to the honor of knight of labor, conferred on him in 1977 by the President of the Republic Giovanni Leone and which he renounced in 2014. [5] He started the entrepreneurial activity in the construction field. In 1975 he set up the financial company Fininvest and in 1993 the multimedia production company Mediaset, in which other companies such as Arnoldo Mondadori Editore and Silvio Berlusconi Communications converge, remaining a symbol of the Berlusconi family of the same name.

In October of the same year he entered politics by launching the center-right political party Forza Italia, [6] which was structured in the following January, [7] merged in 2008 into Il Popolo della Libertà [8] and then refounded in 2013, marking the Italian political life from the mid-nineties onwards with a typical attitude that has been defined Berlusconi, widely supported by its political followers and its constituents, also entering strongly into mass culture and the Italian and foreign collective imagination, but also arousing a harsh antiberlusconism on the part of the opponents, who have repeatedly stressed the conflict of interest accusing him of enacting ad personam laws.

Elected to the Chamber of Deputies in March 1994, he was confirmed in the following four legislatures, while in the XVII, following the general elections of 24 and 25 February 2013, he was elected senator for the first time at Palazzo Madama. He has obtained four positions as prime minister: the first in the twelfth legislature (1994-1995), two consecutive in the fourteenth (2001-2005 and 2005-2006) [9] and, finally, in the sixteenth (2008-2011). With a total of 3340 days (corresponding to over nine years) he is the politician who has remained in office the longest in the role of Prime Minister of Republican Italy, surpassed in previous periods only by Benito Mussolini and Giovanni Giolitti; moreover, he has presided over the two longest lasting governments since the proclamation of the Republic. He was the only world political leader to have attended 3 G7 / G8 summits as President of the host country (20th G7 in 1994 in Naples, 27th G8 in 2001 in Genoa and 35th G8 in 2009 in L'Aquila).

According to the American magazine Forbes, with a personal fortune estimated at 7.3 billion US dollars (about 6 billion euros), Berlusconi is, in 2021, the sixth richest man in Italy and the 318th richest in the world. [ 10] In 2009, Forbes ranked him 12th on its list of the most powerful people in the world due to his domination of Italian politics. [11]

He has been indicted in over twenty court cases. On 1 August 2013 he was sentenced to four years of imprisonment (with three years condoned by the pardon of 2006) for tax fraud, with a final judgment in the so-called "Mediaset trial". On 19 October of the same year he was imposed the accessory penalty of interdiction from public office for two years, following the same trial. [12]

Due to the aforementioned conviction, on November 27, 2013 the Senate of the Republic voted in favor of his forfeiture from the office of senator. Berlusconi has therefore ceased to be a parliamentarian after almost twenty years of uninterrupted presence in the two chambers [3] (from April 1994 to November 2013).

Back as a candidate on 12 May 2018, he was elected MEP in the 2019 European elections. [13] To date, he appears to be the oldest MEP.



He is the eldest of a family of the Milanese petty bourgeoisie. He spent his childhood in Lower Varese [14], first in Saronno [15], then in Lomazzo during the German occupation while his father, whom little Silvio did not see for three years [16], had taken refuge in Switzerland [17]. His father Luigi [18] (Saronno, March 27, 1908 - Milan, February 27, 1989) was employed at Banca Rasini, of which he became attorney general in 1957; her mother Rosa Bossi (Milan, January 25, 1911 - Milan, February 3, 2008) was a housewife and had previously worked as a secretary at Pirelli. In addition to Silvio, Maria Antonietta (Milan, 9 June 1943 - Milan, 26 February 2009) [19] and Paolo (Milan, 6 December 1949) were born from their marriage.

Raised in the Isola district, in via Volturno, at number 34, in 1954 he obtained his classical high school diploma at the Sant'Ambrogio Salesian high school in Milan. He enrolled in the Faculty of Law at the University of Milan where, in 1961, he graduated with 110/110  laude, discussing a thesis in commercial law with professor Remo Franceschelli as supervisor [20]. The thesis, entitled The advertising contract for insertion, was rewarded with 500,000 lire by the Manzoni advertising agency in Milan [21]. After graduation, he was exempted by law from military service.
