Students had the option to abandon their uniforms for the day in favor of their favorite pair of pajamas or their most comfortable pair of relaxing clothing. Teachers dressed up as their favorite storybook characters.
The day was spent visiting classrooms and hearing stories together, enjoying some individual reading time, and participating in literacy activities around popular books.
