Saul Indian Horse is Compassionate, as shown by his desire to play and be good at hockey so he can support his teammates and win his games.

He has a passion for hockey and a special bond with his teammates that he doesnt have with anyone else. Saul is a hero type protagonist as he overcomes many heardships and struggles throughout the story. He deals with racist and abusive opponents all the time when hes with the Moose (His hockey team) and he has lost all of his former family.
