A normal day for me begins at about 6:30 in the morning. I wake up, brush my teeth, and wash my face to feel fresh. After that, I have breakfast with my family. We usually eat bread and eggs, and I drink a glass of milk. Then, I ride my bike to school. In the afternoon, I often take a short nap, do my homework, or help my mom with housework. In the evening, I relax by watching TV or listening to music before going to bed around 10 p.m. This is what my weekdays usually look like.

In the afternoon, I often have lunch with my family or colleagues. Then I either continue working or studying. If I have free time, I like to take a short nap or go for a walk.
