Should tattoos and piercings be allowed in the work place?
It is illegal to turn someone away from a job because of their skin color, but completely legal to turn someone down because of a tattoo, and this makes absolutely no sense. To me, discriminating against those with tattoos should treated no differently than discriminating against someone who identifies as gay or bisexual, or who has a different color of skin. A small difference in your skin makes no difference in who you are.
