Within our gates, we need to regularly use our PLC meeting times to have interdepartmental collaboration. For example, English and Social Science work together to support each other's essential standards, and the same with Math and Science. All teachers should be collaborating with the ELD teachers to provide feedback on the Speaking, Listening, Writing, and Reading progress of students, and how we can support ELD's efforts.
