While working at TK Maxx i have needed to work with other staff as I didnt know how to work some of the areas. Other staff members were always willing to help me when i needed it.

Working with people to get assignments done. I worked in a group to do an activity within progress development.

I have shown communication in my Cabin Crew lesson when presenting a pre-flight briefing. As I had to work in a group, and we needed to work together to get the presentation perfect.

I got a job at TK Maxx as a Christmas temp. Within this job I have needed to communicate with the other staff members every shift.

I have to communicate with customers while at work which means speaking to strangers with confidence.

I worked at TK Maxx as a Christmas temp in December 2022. While here, I worked on the fitting rooms and help out on the shop floor and tills. Working here went well as I gained many skills which I still use today. If i was to do it again i would change how I performed on the fitting room as i was rude towards the end. Some things i Achieved include, communications skills and being offered to come back when they had the hours available.

I currently work at Morrisons. When here i help on the shop floor (filling and date checking) and tills. From working here is going well as i have improved my customer service skills and my ability to work alone and in a team has improved. I would change my attitude towards some of the mangers as i sometimes don't think they are telling my to do the right thing as my manger has told me something different. i have achieved confidence to talk to people and am now able to tell people when i think they have told me something wrong.

With college I went to Fly Me. one thing i think went well is the fact i joined in when asked to. If i was to do it again i would change my attitude toward the activities as some of them i didn't want to take part in. i have achieve skills in cabin crew and have learnt what it is like when working in airports.
