When he was young he ended up falling in with the wrong crowds even though he was very gifted and talented when it came to school. He joined a gang and ended up killing Cosby due to a crime he was trying to commit in another place.

The hairs found in the cap were examined for DNA but it could not be found on the hairs. However, the hairs could have been from Markhasev. Becuase of the physical evidence's weak connection, the prosecution was relying on testimony from the eyewitnesses.

He was driving on the 405 when he pulled off to fix his flat tire. His friend drove away from Mikhail threatened to kill her. She returned and found that Cosby was dead because of a gunshot wound to the head. On January 19, 1997, Cosby was buried.
