I currently have two children enrolled at Greathouse and am hopeful that my third will be joining next school year as well.

I was recently invited to a “uniform exchange” event at another school and thought it was a wonderful idea. The concept is simple: families bring in new or gently used uniforms and spirit wear. For each item donated, they receive a ticket that can be used to select larger sizes for their children. For families who do not have items to exchange, uniforms are available for $1 and spirit wear for $2. Any unclaimed items are donated to the CAP program.

I truly believe this would benefit many Greathouse families. Uniforms can be a significant expense, and finding specific items mid-season can sometimes be a challenge. A uniform exchange would not only support families financially but also foster a stronger sense of community within the school.

Please consider organizing a uniform exchange for Greathouse. I would be happy to help in any way if needed.
