Declan has always been head strong. 

Now that Declan is 9 his mother has made his morning routines run smoother. He gets ready for school earlier so he can have screen time.

Declan's parents found his behaviour challenging.

Declan wanted to play the drums but his parents said no.

Declans screen time is 20 hours a week which matches the average nine year old.

currently there a no restrictions on Declan's screen time. 

Declan would rather play inside because there is electricity inside and he can play on his computer.
