And in the 4 phases, I truly enjoyed the freedom of ‘not participating in the movement’. It was a privilege to be able to watch the others, in silence, with a framed time (so you know you do not have to decide when it’s done, when it’s too long).  

 

What was the most difficult part for me was phase 2 ‘the voice’. I noticed from the very beginning of the ZOOM  that you were all three in the same room – and during phase 2 I felt I was watching you three playing and having fun.  What was for a while interesting to see (To see how the body tensions using your voice, to almost feel the screaming) but after a while – it frustrated me that I couldn’t join. I felt unable to start screaming myself, being aware that I’m alone (and on the other hand sharing the building I live in with people who have no idea what’s going on). I did not feel connected with you, rather outside.  

 

Further – throughout the whole - The subtle mirroring you constantly do as performers  (being our biological trick to connect) is such a beautiful invitation to play !! Even if I was a bit put off by the ‘voice-part’ and even I got very tired (because of the long work day and the being allowed to lay down and to relax), you took me with you – you kept on including me. And it was beautifully done, not in an exhibiting way (« look at her laying down »), but in a loving way (« I see you, I feel you »).  

It felt bizar, intriguing, connecting, disconnecting, reaching and playful.’ -
