My Noah Bakery~ It is famous for its healthy bread and cakes located in Apgujeong.

이 곳은 천연발효종을 사용하여 저온에서 숙성시켜 소화가 잘되는 건강한 빵을 만드는 곳으로 유명합니다.

This place is famous for using natural fermented varieties to make healthy bread that is easy to digest by aging at low temperatures.

이 곳의 대표 메뉴로 유명한 케이크와 빵이 있는데, 케이크로는 ‘얼그레이 쉬폰 케이크’가 유명하고, 빵으로는 ‘블루베리베이글’이 유명합니다.

제가 노아베이커리를 선택한 이유는 이 곳의 분위기는 아이보리와 우드 색감으로 아늑한 느낌을 준다는 것입니다.

The advantage is that I can experience various tasks because there are many types of bread, and this gives me a lot of recipe ideas.

1. I am working internship in a “chuchingmama”, a Chinese restaurant

2. It is composed of two floors and each has a concept.

3. The downstairs make middle of days dishes and the upstairs make dinner dishes.

4. I usually make preps , wash the dishes and cook up dinner dishes, 훠궈 and 마라탕 myself at upstairs.

5. And at afternoon , I walk down to downstairs to learn middle of day’s dishes for example 어향가지 and 꿔바로우.

6. Doing an internship, I learned lots of important things about cleanness, speed and safety.

7. Also I think my skill is growing up than before internship.

8. I think internship’s advantage is able to save money and get a knowing of business structure.

9. So l am saving my internship’s salary for my graduation piece of work.

One unique feature of our restaurant is that we use cotton candy in our cooking, and customers can cook the ingredients themselves. My job is to prepare the ingredients that customers will cook. Specifically, we provide the cotton candy used in our signature dishes along with Cloud Sukiyaki and Miso Sukiyaki.

One advantage of our establishment is that there’s minimal risk of injury since customers don’t have to do any chopping or wok cooking.

3 All I do there is washing the dishes and preparing the ingredients.

4 I'm a beginner, so I only do simple things.

7 And my restaurant staff is only men, so it's also inconvenient.

8 But They are usually kind and sure when he works, so he helps me adjust to society.

2. It is composed of two floors and each has a concept. The downstairs concept is hongkong’s day and the upstairs concept is hongkong’s night. 그곳은 2층으로 이루어져있고 각각의 층 마다 컨셉이 있습니다. 아랫층은 홍콩의 낮이라는 컨셉이고 윗층은 홍콩의 밤이라는 컨셉입니다.

3. So the downstairs make middle of days dishes and the upstairs make dinner dishes. 그래서 아랫층은 점심메뉴들을 만들고 윗층은 저녁메뉴를 만듭니다.

4. Working in an internship I usually make preps , wash the dishes and cook up dinner dishes, hotpot(훠궈) and malatang(마라탕) myself at upstairs. 도제에서 일하는 동안 나는 주로 프렙을 하고 설거지를 하고 훠궈, 마라탕같은 저녁메뉴를 만듭니다.

5. And at afternoon , I walk down to downstairs to learn middle of day’s dishes like  Fish scent branch(어향가지) and Kwabarou(꿔바로우). 그리고 오후에는 나는 어향가지와 꿔바로우 같은 점심메뉴를 배우기 위해 아랫층으로 내려갑니다.

6. Doing an internship, I can learn lots of important things about cleanness, speed and safety. 도제를 하는 동안 나는 청결, 속도, 안전에 대한 중요성을 배울수 있었습니다.

7. Also I think my cooking technique has grown up than before I did an internship.또한 나는 도제를 하기 전보다 요리 기술이 늘어났다고 생각합니다.

8. I think internship’s advantage is able to save money and get a knowing of business structure. 나는 도제의 장점은 돈을 모으거나 사업 구조를 배울 수 있는 것이라 생각합니다.

5. Since we sell meat, I often had to clean the grill and move heavy items.
