Source Analysis

The first two sources I have listed are primary sources. These sources both give the students access to the parts of the Declaration of Independence which is a primary source. The secondary sources more so give facts and background information about the creation of the document and how it impacted the United States. The last source I have listed is education.com which is a search engine for students to use to find more specific information about the document. I learned through these research sites that that Declaration of Independence did establish the foundation of the American government because it was used as a platform to move forward as a nation. It brought together the founding fathers and started conversations about how to run the nation and an independent. Through this research students not only learn about the Declaration of Independence but the Founding Fathers as well.
