The characters were: a genius mouse, Brain, who was an ambitious mouse and made crazy inventions; and his stupid partner, Pinky, who ruined everything Brain did because of his foolishness. Each night, as an objective, they tried to conquer the world.

2.Brain dons his human suit, to get a job, cause a work accident, and use the money from the claim to build an automated answering machine system to keep everyone  distracted while he takes over the world.
3. Pink and Brain infiltrates an Egyptian tomb and act as mummies, then demand loyalty when they are discovered by archeologists.
4. Pinky becomes President of the United States, after writing a letter to the editor about his disappointment in the recent installment of Family Circus.

After it was released  people begun to wonder what was the origin of this weird idea. Tom Ruegger solved that question. The objetives of Brain were to win the peoples heart and having them make him their ruler, but his intentions were not the pure.
