May I ask during the registration day, are we (for those staying in RST dorms) allowed to drive our cars into RST area and park there? If no, do we have to park outside of RST area, and walk into RST area with our documents to register ourselves in, then proceed by walking back to our cars and carry our luggages to our dorms on foot? Any help is greatly appreciated!
