         <description><![CDATA[<div><br></div><div><br></div><div>Jedes Protein ist aufgrund seiner Struktur einzigartig. So können die Proteine sehr vielfältige Funktionen haben.<br><br></div><div>1) <strong>Enzyme<br></strong><br></div><div><a href="https://de.serlo.org/biologie/zellbiologie/prozesse/enzymatische-prozesse">Enzyme</a> sind Proteine, die chemische Reaktionen in der Zelle katalysieren.<br><br></div><div>2) <strong>Transportproteine<br></strong><br></div><div>In allen bisher bekannten Zellen gibt es Transmembranproteine (Proteine, die in der Plasmamembran eingebettet sind), die Substanzen in die Zelle und aus der Zelle transportieren. Ein frei bewegliches Beispiel ist Hämoglobin, das Protein, das im Blut vorkommt und Sauerstoff transportiert.<br><br></div><div>3) <strong>Strukturproteine<br></strong><br></div><div>Das <a href="https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cytoskelett">Cytoskelett </a> der Zelle besteht aus Proteinen. Außerdem gibt es Stützproteine in Knochen, Haar und Nägeln.<br><br></div><div>4) <strong>Regulatorische Proteine<br></strong><br></div><div>Es gibt Proteine, die mit der DNA wechselwirken und die Aktivität der <a href="https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gen">Gene </a> steuern.<br><br></div><div>5) <strong>Immunproteine<br></strong><br></div><div>Darunter zählen <a href="https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Antik%C3%B6rper">Antikörper </a>, die für eine Immunreaktion verantwortlich sind.<br><br></div><div>6) <strong>Rezeptorproteine<br></strong><br></div><div>Rhodopsin, ein Protein in der Netzhaut des Auges, kann optische Reize aufnehmen und weiterleiten.<br><br></div><div>7) <strong>Motorproteine<br></strong><br></div><div>Aktin und Myosin kommen im <a href="https://de.serlo.org/biologie/biologie-menschen/skelett-muskulatur/funktion-muskeln">Muskel</a> vor und verursachen die Muskelkontraktion.<br><br></div><div>8) <strong>Speicherproteine<br></strong><br></div><div>Solche Proteine kommen oft in Samen vor und dienen als eine Nährstoffquelle für das Wachstum während der Auskeimung.<br><br></div><div><br><br><br><br></div>]]></description>

Damit besitzt jedes Protein eine spezifische Abfolge der unterschiedlichen Aminosäuren.</div>]]></description>
