I decided to enroll at Santa Fe College to get my AS Degree in Computer Information Technology and to advance in Bachelor’s degree which will open many opportunities for finding a good job.

2. Where are you from?

I was born in Ocala FL, but I grew up in Gainesville.

3.What do you hope to take away from this class?

I hope to take much of information about Network management.

4.What are your future goals?

Future goals are graduation with the bachelor’s degree and find a better job than I have right now.

5.What job are you seeking?

Job I am seeking is network Administrator.

6.What are your interests?
My interest is learning new thing in the IT field.

2. I was born and raised in Gainesville. I am a true ACR.

3. I hope to gain better management skills through network management tools. I also hope to better understand network protocols and the OSI model to better enhance networking for my own network and that of my family.

4. My future goals are to obtain the BAS and further my career in UF Health with Application Analysis.

5. I am seeking an Application Analyst II position and eventually management if it still looks desirable by then.

6. I'm interested in general technological advances and hot topics with tech giants like Apple, Google, Facebook, etc. I like being as much in the know as I can from the consumer perspective. I also play first-person battle royale shooters to pretend I'm a hero that saves the day (at night).

1. I chose SF college because of its reputation on the smaller class size.

2. I’m from a little town 2 hours south of here called Orange City. I have been in Gainesville for over three years now.

3.I would like to take away lots of useful information to help me get some certs so I can get a job in IT.

4. To get out of the restaurant industry is the goal I’m currently focused on

5. I’m looking for  a Network Tech, Help Desk or anything related.

6. Hobbies include Gamming, fitness, new tech, playing with my dogs.

5. At the moment I am looking for entry level so I can have more experience on this field.

I hope to broaden my scope of knowledge on various networking protocols and designs to better my career as an IT professional.

4. What is your future goal?
My long term goal is to become a System Administrator for the Florida division of Hospitals at my company.

5. What type of job are you seeking?
I am currently at Technical Analyst at NFRM HCA but would like to advance to System Administrator.

6. What interests you? Hobbies?
During my limited free time I enjoy tinkering very much. Whether it be with computers, cars, or electronics in general. Improving upon things is a hobby of mine. Faster, Stronger, Smarter. I also enjoy hanging out with friends and family or just relaxing on the sofa with my girlfriend and dog watching movies!

I’m from Colombia, but I came to USA 6 years ago.

I hope to take more knowledge about how to Use network management tools and protocols.

I hope to build on my current networking knowledge in efforts to get the CCNA and then CCNP

To develop a better sense for efficient data storage and virtualization.

I am hoping to obtain a Network Engineer position

1.Why did you decide to enroll in the BAS-IST program?
To try and pursue a BAS in Networking. Santa Fe was the closest college that offered this program for me.

More info on how everything can come together in a network. 

4. What are your future goals?
To be able to graduate with this degree that I've worked towards for so long

5. What job are you seeking?
Any job that deals with the hardware side of tech. any type of repairing, fixing, installing that might come along with it.  

6. What are your interests?
My hobbies include interacting with people and learning how things work. Like I said above, I enjoy taking things apart and learning what does what inside of phones, tablets, computers or laptops
