•New to the L&D world, I have chosen the e-learning multimedia format in this resource, to develop those most-demanded skills on the Luxembourgish labour market.

•I found the wireframe to be essential to conduct the project in a structured way and make sure it runs smoothly. It has been of great help to do this "pre-work" before proceeding to the development process. To my surprise, it has not been as easy as it first seemed! 
•The screenplan allowed me to think and define which features  I wanted to display, which content to include. 
• I have to confess that I initially did not understand the value of a storyboard: I now fully adhere to this process, which permits a proper focus on the technical & creativity part when proceeding to development.

•Assessment shared by Grant Cullen has been of inspiration for the outline of the Instructional Design Plan.

•I have chosen Articulate, to get a hands-on experience of the mainstream tool. 

•The Digital Learning Institute courses have been of great inspiration for the structure and design of my first eLearning Resource. 

•It was quite time-consuming to source the photos for this eLearning content, free imagery resources are limited.
