         <description><![CDATA[<div>I think that my lesson fell under substitution. The students could have used a paper/pencil number line, however the use of the number line app allowed them to use technology and be engaged in sharing out student responses. The following day I had students do a SeeSaw creating their own subtraction story problem and voice record caption it. The other students were able to comment on other students problems and add to them.</div>]]></description>

Other students were using their friends' posts to fill in an organizer and building on what their friends said.  To extend, I would have students comment on their friends' posts as to why they agree with their post or any questions they may have.<br><br></div>]]></description>
