1. Empowered
- A person who is empowered and believes that they could do and will do something for the community. Ang lahat ng tao ay nagtataglay ng kapangyarihan (power) kaya't a person can do and affect something. A person who is empowered is a person who acts.

2. Selfless
- A person who puts forward the welfare of the community rather than personal gains. Hindi niya iniisip kung ano ang mapapala niya sa kaniyang ginagawa para sa community. Hindi siya humihingi ng kapalit sa ginawang act.

3. Informed/Educated
- A person who is fully informed of what is happening in the society. They should be informed about the government, in democracy, or knows politicians and official members of the government. A person who is informed will be the first to know solutions to the happenings in the society.

4. Participates
- A person who participates in civic affairs for the improvement of the community/society. May gawa at hindi puro salita.
