North, is the starting point (km 0) of Ho Chi Minh road [1].Pac Bo historical relic site was ranked as a special national monument by the Prime Minister in Decision No. 548/QD-TTg dated May 10, 2012.[2]. The relic area includes: Uncle Ho memorial house, Coc Po cave (local name means "watershed"), Lung Lan cave, Nguom Vai cave (both on the Mac mountain), Lenin stream, stone table where Uncle Ho worked, Mr. Ly Quoc Gun's house, Mr. La Thanh's house, etc..[3][4].On February 8, 1941, when he returned home, Ho Chi Minh lived and worked in Coc Bo cave and named the stream in front of the cave's mouth "Lenin stream" and the mountain with this cave was "Mack mountain". Before 1979, Coc Po cave was about 15m³ wide, in front of the cave there was a large stream flowing underground from the rocky mountain, the source of the stream was on the north side of this mountain and in the territory of China.
