         <description><![CDATA[<p>Competency 1:&nbsp; Used VBOs and Achieve 3000, but no learning targets.&nbsp; We will assume that the curriculum is being followed based on the VBOs.&nbsp; Did&nbsp;you anticipate the questions that would be used?&nbsp; Did&nbsp;you plan ahead for purposeful (structured) questions, or was it "on the fly," responsive to their work?&nbsp; </p><p>Competency 2:&nbsp; Used OneNote, MS Office 365, OneDrive, iPads, Family Feud game, BYOD.&nbsp; There were multiple resources, but were they effective?&nbsp; What is the purpose of the technology?&nbsp; Was it meaningful or was it a tool to write your answer on?&nbsp; Was it aligned with the purpose of the lesson?</p><p>Competency 3:&nbsp; No (or little)&nbsp;evidence of&nbsp;data used for instruction.&nbsp; Were the groups divided by skill?&nbsp;&nbsp;Was there purposeful placement of students in the groups?&nbsp; Exit ticket was used at the end, but what was the question (cause and effect)?&nbsp; Planned?&nbsp; How are the standards aligned in the small groups?</p>]]></description>
