2. يحق للطالبة المشاركة بصنفين كحد أقصى
3. أن يكون الطبق من إعداد الطالبة بمساعدة والديها  .
4. أن تكون الأطباق المقدمة مناسبة للمرحلة التعليمية 
5. تجنب إبراز صور الأشخاص  ويكون التصوير مقتصر على المقادير وطريقة العمل بصورة صحيحة.
6. أن تحتوي المشاركة على صورة واضحة للوصفة مكتوبة ..
7. يمكن المشاركة عن طريق إرفاق الصور أو إرفاق ملف فيديو.
8. أن تكون مدة تصوير الفيديو  من 5 - 10 دقائق كحد أقصى  وإرساله في صورة وصلة واضحة.
9. سيتم تكريم الوصفات الفائزة بنشرها في كتيب وصفات الطاهية الماهرة . مع تقديم شهادات الشكر على المشاركة .
