This would cause the 

Q2. we want to address that casual racism is not okay and that even though the victims don't stand up for themselves, it does not mean that the perpetrator can discriminate the victims.

On that note, racism related comedy may be misleading, thus people may take it too seriously until it is properly explained. For example, one misconception is that basketball is a sports associated to the Chinese. When other races participate with the Chinese players in a basketball, the first thought that would come in mind is the fact that since hes from a different race. if they express this displeasure openly, the minority will feel excluded.

They are so used to casual racism to the point that even people of that race finds it normal to hear it on a daily basis
2) We tend to normalise racism because of society's comments and perceptions on a certain race 
e.g. Malay guys are good at soccer 
If malay guy join choir, he will be looked down by society
3)  We have to take action now because the situation is not improving and that our future generation will be greatly impacted. This generation lacks empathy. If this continues on, the future generation will not treat it as a problem. Although the racist comments are facts, we cannot classify it as a normal thing.
