Justification of form: I think it is most appropriate as it is the best way to present my ideas in a formal manner, given who I am targeting. It will allow me to use research and present scientific data in an effective manner when couples with writing techniques such as imagery, anecdotes and inclusive language.
How will I appeal to my targeted audience - using statistics to increase my credibility, using formal language and register, using rhetorical questions to make them question their own stance, anecdote of the future (emotive language to depict the grim future if not action is taken). 
Linking it to how this issue is their problem (politics and their ethics), my problem (how it will affect me as a citizen) and then OUR problem (how it will influence how we function as a society).

I think this form best fits, as posters are mainly used when persuading many as it is more appealing for many and will make them want to read what is on the poster. Moreover by using the format of a poster there are many opportunities of stating the statistics, facts and evidence. By doing this more inclusive language can be used, rhetorical question, a call to action, and symbolism can be used to put a bit more thought into the readers mind, making them put more thought and know more information about the current situation of the planet. 
How will I appeal to the targeted audience:
As said in the previous paragraph many persuasive techniques will be used such as a rhetorical question, call to action, inclusive language and much more. These persuasive devices are essential to make this poster more persuasive to put more effect to the reader making it more appealing for the reader to read.

Justification of form:
I chose video because it allows me to personally connect with the viewer, and to show evidence through pictures. In addition, by using the video format, it will allow me fully utilize the power of three. By adding emotive music, along with emotional pictures, it allows the viewer to evoke pathos. Additionally, it will help the viewer visualize the Celebrity's influence, people will recognize the celebrity's by their appearance, rather name.

How will I appeal to my targeted audience
Personal pronouns, statistics, Anecdote, Celebrity's influence.

By using statics influential to the viewers location, it will help illustrate the credibility.
Eg. "CSIRO (Australian Government agency for scientific research) states that vegetation generally requires around 200 liters of water per megajoule, whereas beef requires 2,500 liters per megajoule; that's 10x more water consumption." Furthermore, i will use an Anecdote and personal pronouns  to relate to the viewer. Personal pronouns will help unite and include all age, race, and gender groups. 
Influencers with a high following will improve the credibility of the video while influencing the viewers views. Lastly, by using rhetorical questions, it will make the viewer think. If they had limited options, they will choose the one that relates to them.

I will appeal to the targeted audience by using ethos, pathos and logos in my print ad but not adding too much information. Using ethos by including celebrities' opinions and thoughts about the paparazzi and using information from trusted websites. Uses pathos by explaining how celebrities feel about the paparazzi and what they are doing wrong and how they should be banned. Using logos to explain how many celebrities get sexually harassed. Including good use of vocabulary and having photos of the paparazzi.
