While church ministry is an important aspect of Christian Living, we need to equip Christians to submit to God and to be salt and light in the different life domains. Therefore, serving the Lord should not be restrained as serving in church, but viewed through an overarching view of God's Kingdom, Mission and Salvation.

If having a separate Saturday evening event is so difficult to organize and no one step up to do 儿顾， split out and merge into 区会. This would also solve the problem of not enough manpower or don't need Sunday members to specially come to help.

Sunday gathering timing is really not ideal for family with kids, especially the younger one, nap time. Also kids are noisy, too pressure to bring them along for 讲座or bible study discussion on Sunday . Those parent that can really serve on Sunday for long hours are either have own parents / maid to help out.

So split out two gangs of members. I still enjoy 家庭小组 on Saturday , be it at church or at home. Once a month is just nice.
