   My design will help keep the extreme cold weather out by being water proof and very thick. The waterproof fabric will be on the outside and there will be layers that keep the things inside form freezing. The fabric all together might be 1-3 inches thick to keep the extreme coldness out. The backpack will be a strong build so it can withstand winds. The base of it will be strong, maybe metal. The backpack will also be comfortable so it doesn't feel like your carrying so much weight.
