"The archer". This song reminds me that all of us, students leaders who are trying our best every single day. We're expected to be strong, to be loud, to always have it together, but sometimes, we don't. Sometimes, we feel lost. We feel like walang nakakakita kung gaano tayo kapagod and how much we're struggling inside. We show up with a smile every events and etc but deep down, we're scared of failing, of not being enough for them. But still, we keep going. We answer messages late at night, we still lead meetings even when we're drained. We still carry the weight of helping others, even when we don't know how to help ourselves. and I think that's the real courage. Being a student leader isn't just about holding a title or organizing events or project proposal. It's about caring. It's about showing up when it's hard. It's about choosing to lead with kindness, even when we feel broken. I'm proud of you, I'm proud of us. We are not weak for feeling tired. We are not alone after everyone leaves. We are also human and that makes us kung sino tayo ngayon and being a leader. We've all been the archer, aiming to be the best for ourselves and for others, aiming to do better and etc. But you?us? we? we are all standing, still leading and still trying, that's enough, more than enough pa nga. Thank you for everything seniors, keep going even when it's hard. We love you so much. So if you're reading this guys and you're tired and you feel like no one notices how hard you're trying well, we notice and we're crying with you. We are all brave in ways words can't hold. Leadership isn't always loud, it doesn't always wear medals or give speeches. Sometimes it looks like a teary eyed student fixing the docs or sheets or someone crying while having or after a meeting and still coming back the next day.

I know by this quote you will already know who wrote this message po HSHAHAHA.. First of all po, thank you po for always being there with me po; kayo ni Ate Ririne. Thank you for being kind po and hands-on na EC. Although, halatang shy kayoo (talaga ba ate?? jk WAHSAHSHA), I appreciate our small talks during projects and events po!! Ma-mimiss ko po kayoo!! Stay genuine, cheerful, and kind as always po! I wish you all the best po!!

Maybe you feel relieved that it’s finally over, or maybe you feel like the experience was bitin. But whatever the case, you’ve made it, and all your efforts and hard work are finally paying off! 🎓

When you walk on stage, we hope you also consider your time with us as part of your accomplishments. From the beginning of our term up until the end, you all were so patient, kind, and understanding with us. You made HASOC and the OTreas feel like a family. 🥰

As we go through the school year and face various challenges, whether academic or personal, I feel encouraged and inspired whenever I think of you all po because I know that you’ve also been through them, so in a way, I feel like I’m not alone. And the best part is that even when you were struggling or perhaps stressed over our workload or tasks, you were still able to guide and lead us with a smile, and we admire you all even more for it. 🤩
