Too many take aways to completely capture here, but I'll try to get some! The use of a co-facilitator during online meetings (we are starting fully-online this fall) - I spoke with my AP yesterday and started to prep him to switch back an forth with me as active/inactive co-facilitator at meetings. We discussed setting teachers' classes up so that they could co-teach that way if they would like. I love the depth to which I found I connected with participants - it can be done! I'm excited to share the connection strategies with teachers so that they can connect with their students. Videos make such a difference! Every staff member on my campus will be putting together a video intro of themselves for their students and families. Several of my staff have expressed an interest in doing the same for their classes this fall!

In San Antonio, we had the sweetest participant who very little tech knowledge, so she used her HS aged son as in house tech support. It was so sweet to see their interactions and how he helped his mom! She had the best time, too! We can use this as a reminder to participants who have similar situations to lean on their own children and students. She modeled how it's okay for the kids to know more than us!
