We Serve by being who we are with other people around us. Serving requires a willingness to be vulnerable, to admit faults or gaps in knowledge and then grow along with other individuals in order to reach the proper conclusion to any given situation.

We serve with our whole selves because it’s a choice. as a person we are choosing to serve or to do something. It does not take being strong or maybe organized to serve. It just takes a person in the right headspace

It impacts our way we serve because we are coming to the table with all of who we are not just the skills we have. I feel like this allows the interactions to be more genuine.

If you are serving with your whole self it is most likely something you are passionate about. Because you are passionate about it that could be the reason why you do it.

To serve with our whole selves means that we have to put our full being into serving, all of our strengths and weaknesses, and know that even if you don’t know something or are weak in a subject, you can always learn and you always have room to grow as you serve and understand why you do what you do.

I feel that this quote puts into reference Remen's idea of serving in that we're not simply helping a person solve an issue. There is no problem, per se. Instead, we're building a relationship with the individual and challenging them to consider all of their options, as well as remind them to strive to their highest potebtial. In that we need many aspects of ourselves, not just one set of skills

Because we’ll be serving as a whole. Emotionally and physically. Not just by the stuff we’re trained to do. It’s more like we’re trying to connect a bond and have a connection, not play only on what I need to tell them what they need to do and all.

Our strengths are not our why. Our why is the motivation that makes us want to serve, and that motivation sometimes takes everything that we have. If you are "serving" with just your strengths, then you are not serving you are just teaching, therefore there is no true equality in a relationship like that which leads to no service. Our whole selves includes what we do and don't know, so it is our strengths and weaknesses.
