1. Challenge beauty standards: treating all bodies as equally valuable, regardless of size, ability, or colour, and call out body shaming when you see it.
2. Challenge what it means to “be a man”: support expressions of masculinity that involve vulnerability, sensitivity, etc.
3. Raise awareness in children: They can be more aware of the problems in our country and be more updated in information about this problem
4. End all the violence against and exploitation of women: Eliminate all forms of violence against women in the public.
5. Live and grow with equal opportunities in all social areas: same treaty that all people have, whether social, economic, or ethnic.

Some people think that to help in the house, or fulfill some homework, they have to be asked or asked if they can help, this being a rather irresponsible and inconsiderate habit of the other person.

At the same time that this depends on our education, also on how we were raised, if people as little ones can only observe that the man is the one who has to work, and the woman who must do her homework in the case, is a cycle of never ending up repeating, again and again.

One of the most curious facts is that mothers get to a point where they don't mind doing all this, but the fact that if one day, they don't do something, the whole family stops, that's one of the main reasons why they're looking for equality among the genders
