         <description><![CDATA[<p>The key difference between physical and chemical change is whether the substance's electron is exchanged or whether it is only the shape, size. I was a little confused since I thought the fireworks were physical change that chemicals came out. However, I understood that it is the explosion and temperature that causes it to change color and show fireworks.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p><br/></p><p>I learned that there are two types of changes, chemical change and physical change. </p><p>Chemical change is when a substance transform into a completely new substance, while physical is when an object's size, shape, or state changes. </p><p>For example, ice melting is physical change because the state changed from solid to liquid. Burning wood is an example of chemical change, because it forms new substances like carbon dioxide.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>In this video, several traits and differences are shown between physical changes and chemical changes. A physical change will not affect the type of and object, but rather change the shape and phase. On the other hand, an chemical change involves reactions that change the </p><p>properties of the object involved. </p><p><br></p><p>The phase change confuses me a bit.</p><p><br></p><p>A real world example include dry powder fire extinguishers. A dry powder fire extinguisher contains CaCO3, which when burned creates CaO and CO2, and CO2 stops the combustion.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>The video shows the differences between physical changes and chemical changes. Physical changes requires by size changes, shape, and cold temperature. For chemical changes to happens, it requires explosion and temperature rising. Such as  fireworks. Fireworks creates explosion with high temperature which perfectly fits the requirements for chemical changes to happen. </p><p>At the start of the video, I thought when you put mentos and coke together it creates a chemical change, but instead it is physical because it dissolve carbon dioxide rather the creating a new substances.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>The video shows that the difference between physical and chemical change is that physical change is caused by outside forces that do not alter the component in a molecular level, it can be reversed and its components could be extracted, while chemical change couldn't and is caused by multiple materials mixing causing the molecules to come in contact with each other and result in a reaction, its result could not be altered back into its original form.</p><p>I was confused about how would the coke and mentos mix be a physical change, when the coke reacts to the mentos by expanding in size. One example is the explosion resulting in different patterns and colors of a firework.</p>]]></description>
