One tip I plan to use is to get to know the students. I know that is is important to have that bond with each of my students and knowing where they come from and other important information will build a stronger relationship and help the learning process.

Using prior knowledge to bridge some skills is a great way to help ELL students to learn new things and also to improve what they already know. 

Another tip I found necessary is to collaborate with my other teachers for help or advise. They might have ideas that i haven't thought of and these ideas might just help me become a better teacher.
