CM Library's Community Read event choice for spring of 2024 is about a woman who makes herself a delicious stew, with smells that seep through the windows and into the neighborhood. The food smells so wonderful that neighbors and leaders of the community knock on her door and request some of the dish. This is a fantastic read about sharing and showing gratitude. The Author's Note goes more in depth about each page, making the main idea on each page an introduction to more about the culture.
