I always do videoconference to set up a project.

I did several:
- about estuaries, about early language learning and fenology. I am doing one about early school dropout and I will begin one about a new europe against stereotypes.
I'm interested in school libraries projects.
I'm a french teacher and my class is beginning to learn french. I can do a project about serious games to learn languages.
I enjoy projects about ICT.

I sometimes do VC in my classes, because in my school we have not got a good internet access. But I had VC about traditions. My students were involved and I think it was really interesting and enjoyable.

I teach English in a State Professional School for Industry and Craftsmanship

and I would like to have a vc in my class. It could be an interesting and engaging

experience especially for the students who learn technical English . A vc with experts could be very useful

VC are very useful as it eliminates the time and distance obstacles. It is great for etwinning as it brings together in a short face to face conversation the partner schools.

I use VC in the classroom as I am running out a lot of international projects - SCIENTIX, ERASMUS+ and eTwinning, of course...I think VC are very important for communication, cooperation and collaboration. As I teach very young students, last year we had a project related to bees life and we met our partners in a VC for evaluating the project. The children s ffedback was fantastic :)

I usually use VC in my eTwinning projects. And it's always very successful. Students keep asking and asking about VC all the time. They use it to improve English and meet their partners from other countries

I would like to have VC in my classes but we didn't have the required equipment to participate in a VC in the past. Fortunately, this year with a nation-wide project, we will start using smartboards.

It is a great idea using VC for my classes. But unfortunately we don't have the equipment in our school. I hope somebody will grant some portable projectors and laptops.VC is really practical, time-saving, engaging and enjoyable, I think :)

I often had vc with my class during etwinning projects , sometimes we had troubles for the quality of the connection but we always had fun. So I would like to start a new project based on skype exchanges and emails.

Last year we did a VC with a partner school from our country (Greece).

Children got to know each other and presented their local history both in

Greek and in English. It was a wonderful experience but it needs

improvement in terms of time and structure considerations.

Sunday I will have a new Skype meeting with project partners.

VC is my long-term dream. Since 2010, I have been taking part in many projects with ePals and iEarn teams but we`ve never used VC. Hope to use it with new etwinnings! It`s a great challenge for me

VC sounds very stimulating for students but as far as technological equipment is concerned we are at an elementary level and hard to achieve it.

We had a fantastic VC through Skype in the classroom last year with a New York class, about a Clil project concerning the solar system. Students were very shy as it was their first meeting with their American friends, but we all enjoyed what they showed us through a magnificent telescope connected with Skype. Absolutely to be repeated!

I have used VC in previous etwinning, comenius, Virtual e-class projects and it has always been great for the students although they can sometimes be extremely shy.My students are 10-15 so if anyone is eager to have VC on topics such as spare time, video games, music, favourite TV series ..or anything else...we are available. you can contact me on etwinning or through my email loreuab@yahoo.com

VC is very interesting idea. We us VC to meet our teachers from different regions of Armenia. I use socrative.com to teach students from different schools of Armenia. Today 4 school students were discussing ecological problem of lake Sevan in Armenia. We where using socrative.com to share good news about Sevan ecology that the students finde in the media online.

I use videoconferences very often. Not only in eTwinning projects but also in communication of my students with Members of European Parliament or with our partners in Kenya, you would be surprised how eperienced Kenyan su´tudents are, even if the have had electricity in their school for 3 years and the Internet for 2 years, it is a great experience for me and my students :) and great way of teaching and learning. We use Skype, Webex

I use videoconferences but not very often because it's not easy to plan them at my school. Anyway when I manage the results are worth the efforts. I agrre with Zuzana: they are great ways of teaching and learning.

I had a video conference experience the previous school year cause of the etwinning progrem that we realized at my school. It' s very interesting and interactive. You have immediate reactions and that' s the magical. I don't know though how this can work with the children of small age(4-6).

In my school, we had a short videoconference experience putting a group of our students in videocontact (Skype) with a group of Turkish peers as part of our common Comenius program. It was a useful experience and I wish we could repeat it (for example with eTwinning partner school). Unfortunately, organizing a Videoconference session in my school is a big problem: only a couple of computers have a Skype access, and not in the classrooms. It's a big problem because inadequate ICTs are the main obstacle against the 'future school'!

Hi everybody. I use VC quite often for my personal life but also to arrange activities with my partners in etwinning projects or Comenius projects (in the past). For example, to create the new Erasmusplus project, KA2, we ( the partners in the project ) organized a VC. It was very useful because we could share ideas even if at a distance. Now that the project has been approved we are going to use VC more and more, not only among teachers but also with students.

I have also used VC for my etwinning projects. At school sometimes can be a bit difficult because of the connection, but students enjoy these moments and magically they are interested and curious to know their foreign friends.

Unfortunately the connection has been very slow these days at school, so I cannot assure my participation in a VC with my students at the moment. But we are solving the problems.

I would like to use it in my classroom but the wi-fi connection is slow in my school. But the possibility is special classroom equiped with new computers and internet connection. It will take a little bit of planning but maybe. Keep on with the good work.

I think that videocoference is so useful for me and my pupils and all the teachers in our school. It is great to communicate with others far away and share thoughts!! I have participated many times and now as headmaster in my school I prepare one .All the pupils will attend an expert talking about safety in inernet and they will able to ask him some questins.

VC is the acronym of my name, too! ;)
I just love vc because students are able to explore, communicate, analyze and share information and ideas with one another, valuable 21st century skills linked to visual and nonverbal communication for special needs students, without having to move: the classroom and the world are open for virtual field trips, e-twinning projects, cyberfriendship.
VC, in our classes, deeply troubled by post-traumatic stress disorders, has provided enriched learning opportunities to our students, especially those in geographically isolated locations, and to the economically disadvantaged. When I've taught EFL in small schools, we've used these technologies to pool resources and provide courses, teacher training in ICT and in foreign languages, which could not otherwise be offered.

VC is a great resource, but, unfortunately, connection and availability of tools (computers, IWB) at my school are limited. I regularly skype with my friends, and I attended several webinars.

I think that we can use VC when we have guest teacher or expert who is fa away. If somebody want to be an expert in eTwinning for my school teaches, we can start VC. It will be very useful for us.

I would definitely like to offer my students the experience of a VC .The main difficulty I have faced so far is the school programme.I hope I can manage this year to have VC in my etwinning projects.
