It's made with two bottles, three sticks, bottle caps and rubber bands.
First, you spin the stick with the propeller about 100 times. Then you let go the car and  it moves forward about 1 meter.
Finally you repeat it.

This is our project. It is a truck made out of carton, rubber bands, chopsticks, paint and some modeling paste. With the carton we made the truck, with the rubber bands and the chopsticks the mechanism and with the paint and the modeling paste the details. 

We used simple machines to prove that they are useful. The simple machine we used is the wheel and axle. This type of machine makes the truck move easily and faster. Another examples of wheel and axle are the wheelbarrows that move easily and they also are levers. 
 
The mechanism work with chopsticks, wheels and rubber bands. The chopsticks are across the truck and the wheels go through the sticks these makes the wheel and axle which can permit the truck to move. The wheels are glued to the sticks so then when the stick rotates they go with it at the same time. 
 
Finally, the back wheels are attached to a rubber band that it stretches,and the rubber band is glued in the bottom of the truck, so it doesn’t move. When the wheels go back the rubber rolls on the stick so when you release the truck it moves. 

Then we added some details like the driver, the rearview mirror and the color. 

And this is the final result:
