One thing I learned from this discussion is that the culture and style of art and architecture developed mostly in the renaissance era. I find this so interesting because we think that these things developed further down the line but they didn’t.

A comeback of ancient Greek and Roman culture that focused on people and their individual talents.

The way art and buildings were made during the Renaissance.

The Church’s power got weaker, and Italian cities became richer through trade. People found old Greek and Roman books again after the Byzantine Empire fell. The printing press was also invented.

There was a big burst of creativity, new ideas in many areas, and a return to valuing human potential. This was helped by new technology and a more connected world
