During the making of this project I was in charge for the first 3 training events which is prepare, present and response. This training events as a guide in the making and implementation of the traing. It enhance my knowledge about what shows the traing is 360 ly being viewed as trainers and also trainee. The SOJT course has not only enhanced my technical knowledge but also provided me with valuable practical insights into the nuances of training design and delivery.
