I am always having lower marks for this topic compared to other topics.
For example, A jar 1/6-filled with beads has a mass of 2 1/2 kg. When it is completely filled with beads, it has a mass of 6 1/2 kg. What is the mass of the jar? I could not understand the question and missed out a lot of steps for that question. For example, I did not subtract the 6 1/2 kg with the 2 1/2 kg. Once Ms Chan gone through the paper, I understood the question more better. I hope to remember the concept of the question whenever I see that kind of question in the exam paper.

How I memorize my dictation is that I would read each sentence at one time, then reading them altogether by covering my eyes. After that, I would give the dictation to my mother and she would test me. Once she said I got correct, I would write the dictation to get the spelling correct.
How I learn my spelling is I would learn the spelling words first, then my mother will take the spelling list and test me. We first covered the tables with newspapers to prevent spillage happening on the table. Then we sat in groups and listened to instructions. After listening to the instruction said by Ms Chan, we continued our little activity. We started to get bowls of Ribena syrup then mixing it with the water from our water bottles into a cup. We start by pouring out the water on our spoons to measure out the Ratio and counted the numbers of times we put the water and syrup into the cup. Then we stirred the water and the Ribena syrup together withe our spoons and enjoyed a nice drink.
