Jews are forbidden from praying, swaying or even moving their lips when visiting near Har Habayit, and can easily be arrested by Israeli police, in co-ordinance with Israeli-Jordanian agreements. 

Jews davening on Har Habayit is also controversial among חילונים ודתיים and even religious argue if now is the right time and place to ascend there.

If the Arabs living in Yerushalayim want to live there, there is no reason why they should be kicked out so we can move an embassy. This could cause hate and violence, and we really don't need more of that.
