  • Giving student feedback that turns into student action. ( I use this learner profile sheet I attached to this column to have students reflect on the learner profile attribute that relates to the lesson. Students take action and are responsible for their learning.  Students explain how they will take action through a particular objective and integrate the current IB planner they are working on. An example of student action was when the lesson covered how to be kind to others and how to be a good friend. Students created an interactive bulletin board and children at the campus were able to place post-it notes on how to be kind to others.
