         <description><![CDATA[<p>I pre booked an uber to pick me up on a night out and the driver came but failed to contact me letting me know he has arrived, he cancelled my trip and i was charged £31 for a cancellation so i called uber the next day and got a refund for the trip but that was a very bad service failure on their part </p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>I recently flew to the UK with Wizz Air. Two hours before check-in, they sent an email notifying me that the flight was delayed, but the check-in time remained unchanged. This meant that if you had checked baggage, you still needed to arrive 4 hours before the flight. At the check-in desk, the airline provided complaint forms, but as usual with low-cost carriers, filing a complaint rarely leads to any resolution.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>When Uber drivers don’t arrive at the pick up point I chose and expect me to walk to find them, when I’m literally paying for them to come and pick me up and drop me off where I need to go + plus they’re in a car I’m on foot. I will leave a 1 star review and try get a refund if they really took the piss.  </p><p><br/></p><p>I’ll probably rant to my sister later aswell </p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>the last time i experienced a service failure was at a fast food restaurant, i spoke to them over the phone after receiving calls from different departments all day and having to explain multiple times over and over again and the restaurant was apologetic but didn’t do much else. I was disappointed and dissatisfied with how they went about the problem. </p>]]></description>

         <title>Boba Order on Deliveroo</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Ordered a boba drink and received the wrong drink. Then called the business and they apologised and offered the drink I wanted again free of charge and the owner personally delivered another one but it had come spilled in the bag and the bottle was broken.  I contacted the owner about it again and he said that it was not his problem and undermined my experience, basically saying  it wasn’t in his hands, and didn’t take responsibility for it. He didn’t apologise about it or try to correct anything. So I’d left a bad review and told only a few people about it. </p>]]></description>
