From the following questions, choose one question and respond in either a video or written expression: 1) What is the most important thing to me right now? Why? 2) What example am I leaving for others? 3) What gives me energy and how can I bring more of it into my life? 4) How do I know when I am on the wrong path? 5) What’s the one thing I know I need to do but have not yet? Why? I hope you all enjoy building community to get a sense of connectedness a bit more.

Here's the beginning of building a beautifull strong community. The narratives, as many of you suggested, will help us all learn about each other to build a better network filled with embracing diversity, equity, and inclusive connections. Think about other Black men, in particular, who you can bring in and get to know so that the work we are all doing is enriched and thoughtfully considered. Please and blessings.
Baby Clothes Galore!

In addition to my dad, Bryan, and stepmom, Jane, (I typically use the word bonus mom because that sounds more fun) funding and planning one of the most extravegent baby showers ever known to wo(man) (I was told to stay out of the plannign phases and stages, of course, LOL), I wanted to share with you all about 1/30 of the clothes we have received so far. To the question: What is the most important thing to me right now? Why?" I wanted to share some pictures of clothes for my new and first bundle of joy, Zora. Zora will be here (prayerfully) on August 2nd (that's the expected due date). I'm not nervous at all, actually. The pregnancy has not been easy on Rachel, but she's been doing her best to stay positive and healthy. I didn't think the pregnancy would take a toll on me, but I've been strecthing myself to be more patient, kind, and loving to Rachel and everyone around us. It's already been a beautiful journey, and I cannot wait until Zora is here, and Rachel, Zora, and I are all together--I mean we are all together, but Zora is still in the womb.

I know when I am on the wrong path when I can't sleep at night. Thankfully it doesn't happen often, but when it does, I wake up -- usually around 4:00 a.m. -- and I fret. It is only during the light of day that I can make sense of what I need to do and plan. For anything personal, I rely heavily on my husband for advice, as well as my sisters. For anything professional, I rely on my colleagues for guidance.

My parents instilled in me a great sense of right and wrong, which keeps me on the straight and narrow. If I were to do something really wrong, the guilt would kill me.
