         <title>Somethings that you can do to handle anger is you can tell them how you feel. If you are scared to tell them or you are worried about the outcome you should take a deep breath and think about the whole situation all over again. When you do that you sometimes realize that the fight was over a very childish and stupid reason. If it is something serious you should also talk to someone and ask for advice. You should never be scared to ask for help or advice. It can help a ton and even out the situation.&amp;nbsp;</title>

If they have anger issues they can get help from their parents. If one person is just making them mad then they can just avoid contact with the person. Something that helps me is screaming at someone but you have to tell them that you need to yell at them. For this you need a person who will laugh at the end and not take it personally.</div>]]></description>
