Parasites usually arent very good for their host and can make you very sick. There are lots of bad parasites that can cause you lots of discomfort or disease. Parasites have adaptations, special body parts that make it easier for them to infest you! They live on your hair or your body, some even burrow deep into your skin, making it very itchy. These parasites eat your skin or oils that your hair and skin make and even your blood! Others live inside your body and eat your food or damage your organs which can make you very ill

Bacteria are really important microbes – life on earth couldn’t exist without them! bacterium, is really tiny; millions would fit on the head of a pin! they can live in any area of the earth, no matter how hot or cold. Bad bacteria like Pat O’Gen make you sick, while other bad bacteria spoil your food and water, making it unsafe. Bad bacteria love when you or your environment is unhygienic or dirty. They take any chance they get to take over! Remember, bacteria can make copies of themselves very quickly so just one bad bacterium can make you sick

Bacteria reproduce by binary fission. This means that one cell splits into two new cells. As there is only one parent involved, this is a type of asexual reproduction.Bacteria reproduce by binary fission. In this process the bacterium, which is a single cell, divides into two identical daughter cells. Binary fission begins when the DNA of the bacterium divides into two (replicates). The bacterial cell then elongates and splits into two daughter cells each with identical DNA to the parent cell. Each daughter cell is a clone of the parent cell. One becomes two ... two becomes four ... four becomes eight ect...
