My name is Finlay, I live in Norwich and go to Sprowston Community Academy. I went running around Sprowston during the lockdown to keep fit and walked my neighbour's dogs because they weren't able to. I talked to my friends on my Xbox and through an app called discord. I think it greatly helped me have better mental health because I could still talk to my friends.

I did a healthy mix of games and schoolwork and most of my assignments were handed in on time. I did manage to walk my dogs a lot when we were originally allowed outside to exercise only. The first lockdown began when I had been back from Spain for about 1 week which was lucky. I also listened to my personal Spotify playlist daily.
